What I do:

For more than 15 years, I have dedicated my life to understanding and supporting the body in motion and in healing. With a multidisciplinary background as a licensed massage therapist, personal trainer, certified yoga instructor, fitness nutrition specialist, and group fitness instructor (to name a few) I bring an integrative approach to movement and health.

A stage 4 cancer survivor, I know firsthand the profound impact of therapeutic, compassionate touch. My experience in survivorship has deepened my belief in the body’s innate intelligence and resilience, and fuels my commitment to helping others reconnect to their own capacity for healing.

As a medically focused massage therapist, I am trained in myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, and Thai massage, with a strong foundation in deep tissue and Swedish relaxation techniques. I offer holistic and medically informed bodywork services that blend my knowledge of anatomy and movement with an intuitive, whole-body perspective.

I value open communication and collaboration, ensuring that every session supports your comfort, autonomy, and goals. I partner with each of my clients to cultivate healing that lasts so you can find greater ease, reduced pain, and a renewed freedom in both body and life.

I’m honored to be a part of your healing journey.

Of all of my titles, my favorite is Mom.

I have worked (and played) in the fitness industry for over a decade as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and professional athlete. I work with a variety of clients and demographics by offering personalized fitness and nutrition programming that goes far beyond any cookie-cutter formula you could find on the internet. I have been certified and empowered to teach an array of fitness classes such as spin, weight training, HIIT, hot fitness, mindfulness meditations, and various yoga modalities.

I am passionate about encouraging individuals to take their health into their own hands by finding JOY in movement and FREEDOM in their skin. In my classes and training sessions, you will find an inclusive community where all people feel welcome and have access to fun and meaningful fitness experiences. My fitness classes truly are more than just a class. They are something to be experienced.

As a single parent and cancer survivor, I know the importance of meeting life’s challenges with courage and grace. Health is the best gift we can give to ourselves and our loved ones and I hope you will allow me to remind you of this most important lesson.

One month after my 30th birthday, doctors discovered a grapefruit-sized mass growing in my abdomen around one of my ovaries that was pressing into my intestines. After extensive surgery, I was diagnosed with stage 4 high-grade appendix cancer which is extremely rare and as you can imagine, flipped my world upside down. After 25 rounds of chemotherapy, multiple abdominal surgeries, and losing the body and fitness level I once knew, I’m finally calling it a comeback. I am still in the early stages of my healing journey and continue to be monitored closely by doctors and specialists. I also work with many alternative and holistic practitioners to whom I give significant credit for the quality of my life today. More than anything, I believe that my foundation of fitness has been the most valuable ingredient for recovery. I have learned many things in this journey but one message I am continually reminded of is to not waste time. The best day to make your health and fitness a priority is today.
